Important information to all Handheld customers and partners – As previously informed the Handheld operations in Lidköping, will be moved to the MilDef operations in Helsingborg. To ensure a smooth transition below are some information and key dates that are important for you to be aware.
To accommodate for the physical relocation of the stock from Lidköping, Sweden to Helsingborg, Sweden there will be a freeze period where no shipments will be made from Handheld or MilDef. The freeze period will be from the 4th of April until 5th of May.
Service during the freeze period will also be paused because of the physical relocation. Devices sent to Handheld just before the freeze period will be serviced and returned after May 5’th. The new service address for delivery is listed below. A new form will be used for requesting service. This new form will go live no later than May 5’th.
