Important information to all Handheld customers and partners
As previously informed the Handheld operations in Lidköping, will be moved to the MilDef operations in Helsingborg. To ensure a smooth transition below are some information and key dates that are important for you to be aware.
Beginning on April 4th all orders placed for Handheld products will be received and confirmed and fulfilled by the MilDef operations in Helsingborg. All current orders in the orderbook with scheduled delivery dates after April 7’th will also be transferred to the MilDef operations and be shipped and invoiced from MilDef at the same date as already confirmed in the order confirmation from Handheld. All terms and conditions are the same for orders already placed. New orders placed on or after April 1’st will be subject to an updated Terms & Conditions, details to follow each order.
To accommodate for the physical relocation of the stock from Lidköping, Sweden to Helsingborg, Sweden there will be a freeze period where no shipments will be made from Handheld or MilDef. The freeze period will be from the 4th of April until 5th of May. During this time, we will accept new orders but order confirmations with delivery will be made after May 5’th.
Service during the freeze period will also be paused because of the physical relocation. Devices sent to Handheld just before the freeze period will be serviced and returned after May 5’th. The new service address for delivery is listed below. A new form on the www.handheldgroup.com website will be used for requesting service. This new form will go live no later than May 5’th.
Any deliveries to Handheld/MilDef after 4’th of April should be directed to MilDef in Helsingborg.
