Touch panel firmware for NAUTIZ X8 running Windows

This Touch Firmware is only for units with s/n higher than 1504110010. 

This touch firmware version: 30303067 solves the following behavior.

  • The unit does respond to stylus intermittent
  • Touch is out of calibration
  • Touch screen does not react at all.
  • Rain mode
Before you update the firmware please update to the latest Windows OS here.

Follow the steps below to install the firmware either via a microSD card or a USB-stick.

microSD card

  1. Copy the TOUCH_FW_UPDATE_V2.1.cab file to a micro SD Card.
  2. Launch file manager and run file from sd-card
  3. The update is done.

USB-stick

  1. Copy the TOUCH_FW_UPDATE_V2.1.cab file to a USB-stick.
  2. Launch file manager and run file from sd-card
  3. The update is done.
