Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset of your Nautiz device.
The instructions below apply to the Nautiz X8 and the Nautiz X4/eTicket Pro II devices running both WEH and Android OS.
- Press the power key for about 8 seconds. (The system will reboot automatically and you will first see the booting screen).
- When the handheld logo is displayed, type 1277 then return. You will then enter the bootloader menu.
- Type 12 to enter then factory reset.
- Once completed a clean boot will be performed.
