Perform a factory reset on NAUTIZ X4 and NAUTIZ X8

Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset of your Nautiz device.

The instructions below apply to the Nautiz X8 and the Nautiz X4/eTicket Pro II devices running both WEH and Android OS.
  1. Press the power key for about 8 seconds. (The system will reboot automatically and you will first see the booting screen).
  2. When the handheld logo is displayed, type 1277 then return. You will then enter the bootloader menu.
  3. Type 12 to enter then factory reset.
  4. Once completed a clean boot will be performed.
