NAUTIZ X8 WEH won’t wake up from standby

If the Nautiz X8 won’t wake up from Standby mode, please follow the steps below.

Solution

  1. First, make sure that the latest OS image is installed on the unit. You may obtain the latest WEH Handheld image for the Nautiz X8 here.
  2. Download and install the cab file below.
  3. After installation, the unit will automatically restart.
After re-installing the original WEH Handheld 6.5 OS image or performing a factory reset of the Nautiz X8, you will need to install this patch again to resolve the above-described issue.
