NAUTIZ X4 goes black and is not possible to turn on or restart

If your Nautiz X4/Nautiz eTicket Pro II unit goes black and it is not possible to turn it on or perform a reset, press the blue and red key at the same time for 8-12 seconds.

This will disconnect the backup battery and after this, the unit should start up.
