About
Land Forces is an international defence exposition that takes place at the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre from the 4th to 6th of October 2022. Just like the name suggests, the focus of the expo is land defence and it’s the regional leader in the sector. Last year’s Land Forces exposition featured more than 700 exhibiting companies and around 12700 visitors. Certainly impressive considering the difficulties of travelling during Covid lockdowns. The visitors included the chief of the Australian army and the minister for the defence industry, so you can expect some important decision makers to be on site.
Land Forces 2022 takes place at a crucial point in time as the world seems to be trending towards a more insecure future. Many countries are looking to upgrade their defence and that includes the host country, Australia. The Australian army is currently performing the biggest recapitalisation and optimization since World War II. The expo brings together delegations from the industry, governments and military, providing an excellent networking experience and opportunities to forge new business relations.
