Leica CC66 LRBT Fix

This fix disables the Bluetooth function of the wifi/bt combo-card. The reason for this fix is to enable the LRBT module that is installed in the CC66 model. 

1. Locate the L15 inductor on the mainboard as shown in the picture below. 
   
2. Carefully remove the inductor using delicate soldering equipment. 
   
   Be careful not to touch anything else since this may cause the unit to malfunction.
   
3. Done! The unit will now have disabled the internal Bluetooth and use only the installed LRBT module.
