The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) takes effect as of January 1, 2020. This new « Privacy Act » will regulate the requirements and rights relating to personal information for users from California.
Since Handheld Group AB is very committed to protecting the privacy for our users, we are updating our Privacy Policy as of January 1, 2020.
Update: The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Handheld Group AB and its subsidiaries do NOT, and will NEVER, sell users’ personal information. It’s not within our business model to do so. CCPA covers only California residents, but our policy extends to all our users, globally, and not just for those who live in California.
Since it’s not in Handheld’s business interest to sell your personal information, we can guarantee that your information will not be used in any other way than what’s stated in our Privacy Policy.
