Nautiz X4 goes black and not possible to turn on/restart

If your Nautiz X4/Nautiz eTicket Pro II unit goes black and it is not possible to turn it on or perform a reset, do following:

Press the blue and red key at the same time for 8-12 seconds:

 

This will disconnect the backup battery and after this the unit should start up.
